儿茶素对胶原膜的染色性能研究

摘要(Abstract):

研究了儿茶素作为一种天然植物染料对胶原膜的染色性能。采用正交试验考察了儿茶素染色反应条件对胶原膜染色效果的影响,结果表明,儿茶素浓度是染色反应的主要影响因素。最优染色工艺为:在儿茶素浓度2%、温度40℃及pH值为4的染浴液中反应3h。研究了儿茶素染色后胶原膜的天然结构、耐热性能和机械强度。红外光谱分析表明:儿茶素分子中的酚羟基与胶原分子发生了氢键结合,但胶原的三股螺旋结构没有发生变化。电镜分析结果证明胶原纤维的结构没有发生明显变化,且排布更加有序。染色后胶原膜的热变性温度提高了18℃,耐热性得到了较大的改善,机械强度有所提高。
Catechin was used as natural dyestuff,and the dyeing properties of catechin on collagen membrane were studied. The influences of different dyeing conditions on dyeing properties of collagen membrane were investigated by orthogonal experiment. The results show that the concentration of catechin is the main factor influencing the dyeing reaction. The optimum dyeing process is as follows: the concentration of catechin is 2%,the pH is 4. 0,the temperature is 40℃ and the time is 3h. The natural structure,denaturation temperature and mechanical strength of dyed collagen membrane are analyzed. The infrared spectroscopy results show that the phenolic hydroxyl groups of catechin are found to interact with collagen by hydrogen bonds. And the triple-helical structure of collagen has not changed. The electron microscope results show that the structure of collagen fibers has no obvious change,and become more well-organized. The denaturation temperature of collagen membrane increases 18℃ after dyeing,and the tensile strength are improved.
