摘要(Abstract)：
在对鸵鸟腿爪皮结构进行分析的基础上 ,对鸵鸟腿爪皮制革工艺过程应注意的几个主要工序 ,如去肉、脱脂、浸灰、漂色、鞣制、复鞣、染色加脂 ,以及如何去除色素 ,重染轻涂 ,保持鸵鸟腿爪皮独特的天然图案等问题进行了研究 ,制定了较为合理的鸵鸟腿爪皮制革工艺。由此加工出了丰满、粒纹清晰、立体感明显的高档鸵鸟腿爪皮革。
Based on analysis of ostrich's leg and claw skin structure, several main processes which should be noticed in leather-making process of ostrich's leg & claw such as fleshing, degreasing, liming, blanching, tanning, retanning, dyeing and greasing were studied. And the problems how to discolor, weighty dyeing and light fishing and keep the unique and natural design of ostrich's leg and claw skin were also studied. Reasonable leather-making technics of ostrich's leg & claw was gotten. And top grade ostrich's leg and claw leather that was plumpy, clear grain and distinct modelling effect was produced by the technics.
