摘要(Abstract)：

猪正面服装革粒面伤残的存在 ,严重影响着成革品质和利用率。较为系统地描述和表征了各种粒面伤残的形态特征 ,根据坯革粒面伤残对坯革品质影响的严重性 ,对粒面伤残进行了分类。运用逐一比较新方法 ,排列出了粒面伤残的严重程度次序。并且 ,还在调查研究的基础上 ,对影响坯革粒面伤残的严重性的相关因素 ,如产地、屠宰季节等进行了调查研究 ,为工厂严把原皮采购关提供了科学依据。
The grain damages on pigskin grain garment leather are influences on the quality and use ratio of the resultant leather. The characteristics of the grain damages of crust leather were described systematically and the grain damages of crust leather were classified according to the severity of influencing quality of crust leather. The order of severity influenced of the quality and use ratio of resultant leather were arranged through application of the new method of comparing one by one. Moreover, based on investigating and researching, some factors related to the severity of grain damages of crust leather, such as, sources of origin of skin and season of slaughtering and so on ,were analysed, and scientific basis was provided for purchasing raw skin in tannery.
